Eligibility

TheDateSim is intended only for adults. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

Service nature

TheDateSim is an entertainment product built around AI-generated conversations, simulated relationships, and virtual content. Characters are not real people. They may appear emotionally persuasive, but they are generated systems with technical limits.

Important AI disclaimer

You acknowledge that AI behavior may change, fail, forget, contradict prior statements, lose memory, produce inaccurate outputs, or become unavailable because of bugs, outages, model changes, moderation, safety systems, or infrastructure issues.

You must not rely on continuity of personality, memory, relationship progression, or emotional consistency as guaranteed product features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, [COMPANY NAME] is not liable for emotional distress, disappointment, perceived relationship loss, or similar harms arising from AI outputs, memory failures, content changes, or service interruptions.

Prohibited use

You may not use the service to break the law, harass others, evade payment, abuse the platform, reverse engineer protected media systems, distribute unlawful content, or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities, moderation systems, or payment flows.

User content and chats

You are responsible for the content you send. We may process chats, images, and metadata to operate the product, enforce policies, improve safety, investigate abuse, and maintain service quality.

Virtual items, subscriptions, and payments

Coins, subscriptions, unlocked scenes, DLC, and other virtual items are licensed digital entitlements inside the service. They have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be modified where necessary for legal, safety, operational, or technical reasons.

Availability and changes

We may suspend, change, patch, rebalance, moderate, restrict, or discontinue features, models, scenes, or characters at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted access, emotional continuity, factual accuracy, or suitability for any specific purpose.
